Welcome to Pref! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pref mobile application and related services. By using Pref, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Pref is a social platform that helps users:

• Create and share food preference profiles
• Connect with friends to share dietary information
• Find compatible restaurants for group dining
• Discover recipes and share food experiences

To use Pref, you must:

• Create an account using Google Sign-In or other approved methods
• Provide accurate and complete information

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Pref. By posting content, you grant Pref a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service.

6. Restaurant and Menu Information

Pref provides restaurant and menu information for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all nutritional information, allergen data, or menu items are current or complete. Always verify important dietary information directly with restaurants.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pref is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pref shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes any dietary decisions made based on information provided in the app.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Pref after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
